In September 2025, SPAK con­firm­ed in a writ­ten respon­se to The Injustice Chronicle—following my inquiry—that the Bluenergy case had moved to the High Court (Gjykata e Lartë), whe­re the defen­dants’ appeal remain­ed pen­ding.
