Equalismus—The Foundational Formula
All previous social orders attempted to explain inequality through capital, property, or legal rights. Yet none of these explanations is sufficient.
Inequality does not arise where people possess different amounts of wealth. It arises where power is unequally distributed.
Power determines who gains access, who is heard, and which paths in life are possible. As long as power remains unequal, every form of equality remains an illusion.
Equalismus begins where other theories end: with the question of how power can be distributed, limited, and made visible.
Inequality does not arise from wealth but from power.
Capital is not the cause of inequality; it is its consequence.
Everywhere capital was abolished or equally distributed, inequality persisted as long as power remained unequal.
People were equally poor, but not equally powerful.
Capitalism promises equality before the law.
Yet equality before the law requires equality of power—and equality of power does not exist.
This is why capitalism fails at its own precondition.
Equalismus addresses the root cause:
Inequality emerges from unequal power relations.
Those who hold power shape it into capital, privilege, and social advantage.
Capital follows power—never the other way around.
Unequal power produces inequality.
Equal power creates justice.
Only when power becomes visible does it lose its ability to dominate human beings.
Equalismus in Practice: War, Migration & Extremism
War
When all states have equal power, no veto state can decide a war alone.
Equalismus ends the monopoly of the powerful over the decision to go to war. It turns the UN from an architecture that enables wars into one that prevents them.
War is no longer the decision of the powerful, but the shared responsibility of all states.
Migration & Flight
When power is equal, even weak states have a real right to fair asylum rules.
No state can be forced to host everyone, but no state can be forced to close its doors under pressure from a hegemon.
Equalismus creates a global system where responsibility for migration and flight is shared equally, not dictated by a few powerful states.
The rights of refugees are no longer bargaining chips in the games of great powers.
Extremism
When no state has the privilege of a veto over war, no power can finance a “war of selection” for its own interests.
Equalismus breaks the link between great‑power rivalry and extremism. Extremist groups lose their patrons, and their support networks shrink.
Power is no longer concentrated in the hands of those who profit from chaos, but distributed among all who benefit from peace.

We demand:
Abolition of Article 27 of the UN Charter—establishment of Equalismus as a new principle of world order:
All states shall have equal power so that law, human rights, and peoples’ rights become real.
Equal Power for Equal Rights
Equal rights are not enough without equal power.
Equalismus demands equal power for all states and all people – so that human rights, migration rights, and the right to peace finally become real, not just on paper.
If power is equal, rights are no longer the privilege of the few, but the reality of all.
People have nothing to lose but their fear.
